DAILY CRUISES
Time of Cancellation (Notification to Sailing Nafplio in writing)

• Cancellations made up to 8 days prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 7 days or less, prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund.
• In the event that the cruise cannot take place due to bad weather (banning the boat’s departure) or other unexpected circumstances, a full refund will be provided or the cruise can be rescheduled for an alternative date.
• If a cruise needs to be canceled due to a mechanical issue with the vessel, passengers have the option to either reschedule for a future date or request a complete refund.
• For semi-private cruises, if the minimum required number of participants (4 guests) is not met, the cruise will either be canceled, with a full refund offered, or rescheduled for an alternative date.

WEEKLY CHARTERS

• Cancellations made 1 to 35 days prior to departure, 100% of the total charter price retained.
• Cancellations made 36 to 90 days prior to departure, 50% of the total charter price retained.
• Cancellations made 91 days or more prior to departure full refund.
